“Very bad organization from Viator and the show itself. They pump you with cheap alcohol before the start to create a "positive mood". Absolutely rude staff. They demand tips. The show lasts about 45 minutes. There are 2 interesting performances.”

“This was not what I expected for a tango show. The food was just OK. I didn’t get my third course and only got one drink. The views are obstructed by support beams. The singing and dancing was more like community theatre. I talked to others who went to different shows and they had a better experience. I feel like the show was trying to do the history of tango through costume and dance but it didn’t translate well.”

“The tango show was fantastic and the waiting staff at the venue were incredibly friendly and helpful. Before the event, it was a little bit tricky trying to explain we only needed private transportation home as we were already in the San Telmo district for dinner beforehand. Unfortunately, there was no communication from the event organisers to confirm our messages to say we would not need collecting from our hotel and then the minibus driver was hesitant to take us home when we left the venue as he had not collected us. Thankfully, a member of the venue staff convinced him to take us.”

“The show was incredible. The Meal before the show was outstanding. It was a huge, delicious steak, seasoned perfectly. The tango show was spectacular. The dancing was to die for. The grand finale of Evita garnered a standing ovation. Loved this show. And the pick up/drop off at our hotel was wonderful.”
Spend about two hours at Señor Tango, a large Buenos Aires production mixing tango, live music, singing, aerial acts, horses, and theatrical spectacle. Choose show-only or dinner and show, with transfers available on some bookings. Expect a polished, high-energy evening rather than a quiet, traditional tango recital.
“The show was cool but the whole experience that lead up to it was not good. Firstly, when I booked and put in my hotel there was nothing stated about my hotel location and pickup was scheduled from there. Day of I get confirmation stating pickup was from another hotel a 25 minute walk away and that I needed to pay. I stated that was not my hotel and I already paid and they said my hotel was not within limits which was the first I heard about this. I went to the hotel where pickup originated and there was no lobby and the hotel wouldn’t let me in so…”

“We enjoyed the variety of the evening. The tango was fantastic but we also enjoyed the Andean band but the gaucho whirling the Bolas and dancing was amazing. Our waiter was very attentive.”

“An excellent evening overall but if I was being really picky, the food was acceptable but not the best we've had here. Because of the large numbers of people being served it felt a little bit like a school dinner - a high speed, no frills service to get through everyone in time. We did find the late hour that the dancing started a little challenging but the show itself was exceptional. V professionally done, a wide variety of styles presented and overall a most enjoyable night out. Hotel pickup worked very well.”
